User Registration: 

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. These unique identifiers and credentials are disclosed to the user via email immediately upon becoming a member of this Website. Only members have the ability to modify their personal information and delete their ads as needed. 

When you become a member of this site YOU are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to and accept sole responsibility for any and all activities that occur under your account or password.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security, of which you become aware. However, you may be held liable for losses incurred by us or any other user of, or visitor to, this Website due to someone else using your account or password. In order to become a member of this Website or to purchase products or services from our members you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and use a credit card. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in the exercise of our sole discretion. 

Listing and Selling Boats: 

a. If you choose to list a boat for sale on the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to sell the boat and that all information provided in the listing is accurate and truthful. 

b. Maritime Media P.C. reserves the right to remove or edit any listing that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate or fraudulent. 

Buying Boats: 

a. Buyers are responsible for carefully reviewing the details provided in listings and contacting sellers for additional information. 

b. Maritime Media P.C. does not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the condition of boats, and is not responsible for any disputes between buyers and sellers. 

Fees and Payments: 

a. Maritime Media P.C. charge fees for placing an Ad, and these fees will be clearly communicated to users. By using the relevant services, you agree to pay the specified fees. You can find the price list in the sell section of the site if you are a retail / individual boat seller or in this section if you are a new or used boat dealer.

b. Payments made through the Platform will be processed securely. We do not save ANY of your payment details such as credit card number, account numbers and any of the above. The payment for retails is processed by the Bank secure system. 

User Conduct: 

a. Users agree not to engage in any conduct that violates these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or unauthorized use of the Platform. 

b. Maritime Media P.C. reserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who violate these Terms. 

Interpretation and Definitions 

Interpretation 

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural. 

Definitions 

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions: 

Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where “control” means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.

Maritime Media P.C.  is not responsible for the condition, legality, or quality of boats listed on the Platform. 

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms.  

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.
