Posting Rules

Welcome to YourNextBoat referred as (the “Platform”). These Posting Rules (“Rules”) are designed to provide guidelines for users when creating and managing new or used boat listings on the Platform. Also the users can create a listing either because they are selling equipment or a used boat part like a boat engine. By posting such a listing, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Rules. If you do not agree with any part of these Rules, please refrain from posting a boat listing on the Platform. 

Accurate and Truthful Information: 

a. Provide accurate and truthful information about the boat you are listing, including its make, model, condition, features, and any relevant details. 

b. Do not use misleading information, false specifications, or deceptive practices in your listings. 

Ownership and Authorization: 

a. You must have the legal right to sell the boat you are listing on the Platform. 

b. If you are listing a boat on behalf of someone else, you must have proper authorization to do so. 

Clear and Descriptive Listings: 

a. Write clear and comprehensive descriptions for your boat listings, including key details such as year, length, engine type, and any additional features. 

b. Use high-quality photos that accurately represent the boat’s condition. Do not use stock photos or misleading images. 

Prohibited Content: 

a. Do not post listings that violate any applicable laws or regulations. 

b. Do not post listings for illegal, stolen, or unsafe boats. 

Respectful Communication: 

a. Communicate respectfully and promptly with potential buyers. 

b. Do not engage in harassment, discrimination, or any form of offensive communication. 

Pricing Transparency: 

a. Clearly state the asking price for your boat. 

b. Do not engage in misleading pricing practices, such as bait-and-switch or hidden fees. 

Compliance with Platform Policies: 

a. Abide by all the terms and conditions outlined in the YourNextBoat Terms and Conditions and Dealer Terms and Conditions. 

b. Maritime Media P.C. reserves the right to remove or edit any listing that violates these Rules or is deemed inappropriate or fraudulent. 

Reporting Inappropriate Listings: 

a. Users are encouraged to report AS SOON AS POSSIBLE any listings they believe violate these Rules or any fraudulent activities. You can report it through the listing page inside that specific add or via e-mail at info@yournextboat.com or via this form

b. We at Maritime Media P.C. will investigate reported listings and take appropriate action. 

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately. 

Compliance with Local Laws: 

a. Ensure that your boat listing complies with all local, regional, and national laws and regulations regarding boat sales. 

b. Users are responsible for understanding and adhering to any applicable tax or legal requirements. 

Duration of Listings: 

a. Boat listings on the Platform will be active for a specified duration, after which they may expire. You can find the best plan that suits your need for your ads here.

b. Renew or update your listings as needed to keep them current and accurate. You can do that by logging in to your account from the dashboard.

Changes to Posting Rules: 

Maritime Media P.C. reserves the right to modify these Posting Rules at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Rules.
