Many people would say that what makes us stand out is our boats. We however know, that it is the people who make the real difference. People who do their best every day to provide services that reach perfection.

We are the ones who make Thess-Skafos Sailing something special. And we are proud of that. With our every movement, we make sure that you are in motion in the sea, easily and safely.

Founder and director of Thess-Skafos Sailing is Petros Bogiatzis. Petros was born in Darmstadt, Germany. At a young age he returned with his family to Greece, where he finished school. In 1994 he returned to Aschaffenburg, Germany. A year later he passed the exams and received the German Speedboat Diploma. Two years later he buys his first boat from the Boot Messe boat show in Düsseldorf. He has been a member of the Aschaffenburg Maritime Club since 1999.

Petros returned in 2016 to Greece, Thessaloniki, where he received his Diploma in Offshore Sailing at NOATH Kalamaria. A year after, he received a second Sailing Diploma from the Sailing Club of Thessaloniki NOTH for the advanced. In 2019 he took part in the Votsia Sailing Games. In January 2020 he obtained the Greek Speedboat Diploma, and in September 2020 he founded Thess-Skafos Sailing. He is a Member of the Offshore Nautical Club NOATH Kalamaria since 2016.
